David Gasana’s trip to Scotland – second half update

It was a thorough blessing and joy to welcome David Gasana, our valued partner and director of Comfort Rwanda, to Scotland for the first time this Spring. So many of you journeyed to meet David, hear his testimony and learn of the work that is being done in Rwanda and indeed, the work that is still to be done. David had a packed schedule, travelling around Scotland, speaking at various events, tirelessly telling his incredible story and what God has done in his life and many others through Comfort International and Comfort Rwanda. Here are just a few highlights of a fantastic trip. As you can see above, he did get a little bit of down time to meet the locals!

A trip to Glasgow to meet with David McAdam and the Connect to Community group.

A fun-filled weekend visiting Great Cumbrae and cycling round the island, a trip up the Wallace Monument, cooking Rwandan food for friends and feeding Highland Coos.

At New Life Christian Fellowship Broxburn (left) and with Ian Forbes.

Speaking at Carnoustie Baptist Church and meeting friends in Carnoustie.

We thank David for travelling to Scotland to spend time with us, for throwing himself into all of the speaking engagements and captivating us all with his testimony and passion. We pray to see you again in these parts soon. Turikumwe!
